Strawberry fields La Trinidad, Benguet
The weather is cool and sunny when we arrived here around 12 o'clock noon, that's why we have to bring an umbrella to protect our skin from the sun.
It's so nice to see those strawberries springing from its leaves, ready to be picked by its farmer or by any person who want to buy directly from the this farm.
The price is double at PHP 260.00 per kilo if you want to harvest your own, which I think is reasonable enough because you can choose the best crop you could get.
Aside from strawberries, there are also other crops they grow here in La Trinidad, well maybe because they want to increase their market of not only strawberries as their product, which you can buy fresh, you can also buy other fresh vegetables like corn, lettuce, onions, potatoes. It's already a one stop shop for vegetables here.
